1. NATURE OF THE ENTITY (PUBLISHER STATUS) The Decision Protocol Institute is a commercial designation for the publishing of proprietary decision-making frameworks and intellectual property. The Institute acts solely as a publisher of information. We are not an investment fund, a law firm, or a financial advisory board.

2. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE The content provided in our protocols, whitepapers, and "Enrollment" packages is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or strategic advice. The application of the protocol is at the sole discretion of the user. The Institute accepts no liability for business outcomes resulting from the use of its methodologies.

3. FISCAL COMPLIANCE & INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENT To ensure strict adherence to global VAT/GST regulations and digital services directives (including EU Directive 2006/112/EC), the Institute utilizes a delegated Merchant of Record structure for all cross-border transactions. Financial clearing and tax remittance are executed via our authorized compliance partner, Lemon Squeezy LLC (and/or its subsidiaries). The "Merchant of Record" designation will appear on financial statements solely for tax jurisdiction purposes. The Institute does not directly process, store, or handle credit card data.

4. NO REFUND POLICY ON DIGITAL IP Due to the proprietary nature of the downloadable assets and cryptographic keys provided upon enrollment, all sales are final.
